On Wheelchair, Noticed Spots On Foot. What Could Be This?

Hi I am in a wheelchair most ofthe day or in a chair . Meaning I do not and can not walk . So when I found two red spots on the soles of my one foot . I have to wonder why One is larger than the other. It does not burn itch or pain me . Any ideas?????? Thanks Judy

TRY TO CHANGE THE FOOT POTION EVEN IF BY PRESSURE
OR CAN KEEP AIR PILLOW OR WAER PILLOW BELOW THE FOOT TO PREVENT THEM IN FUTURE
