One Kidney, Severe Chest, Lower Back Pain After Consuming Alcohol. Bufferin Helpful. Is This Normal?

The night before last I had a little too much to drink and I have one kidney, the day after I had a hangover as should be expected however last night I could not sleep due to severe pain all over my chest and lower back and it is still hurting, taking bufferin helps but only for about 20 minutes then the pain comes crashing back. Is this normal and/or will it go away with proper hydration and food or do I need to visit my doctor?
