Hellow doctor, May you help me please .. I am student in Oman Medical College ,,, If someone has the right lower limb is noticeably shorter than the left. Also, the right limb is externally rotated, and the patient is unable to change the limb s position whithout considerable pain. Moreover, on palpation , the groin region is tender, but no swelling is obvious. Passive movement of the hip causes extreme pain, especially upon external and internal rotation . furthermore, WBC is 20,000/mm3 and the hemoglobin is 9.8 gm/dL. I did not know what the disease but guss the patient has decrease in vitamin D but I do not know what the relationship between bons , decrease in Hgb and increase in WBC !!!
