One Month Ago My Husband Had An Ameloblastoma Tumor Removed

One month ago my husband had an ameloblastoma tumor removed from his right jawline. Also a resection of mandible with reconstruction using free fibular graft. He had a drainage tube in his neck. This was removed upon discharge. Now he has a beige color discharge that has not stopped in the neck area. Upon going back to his surgeon, he had to perform a minor performance - making a hole in his neck, to let it completely drain out? He is still swollen in his jaw/cheek/chin area, but not nearly as bad as he was. The draining is still occurring. I even see a red pimple and white pimple in the incision area as well. Is this normal or should we be worried?
