One Ovary, Have Nodules On It, Ultrasound Showed Some Abdominal Fluid. Is This Ovarian Cancer?

Please help...I only have one ovary and I just found out that I have 2 nodules on it. Don t know the size, and ultrasound also showed some abdominal fluid. Is this ovarian cancer? I have had some gas problems in the years past. Does all of this add up to cancer?
