One Testicle Bigger Than The Other, Pulling Sensation, Heaviness, Have Hernia. Done Ultrasound. What Is Wrong?

I am 29 year old male.My right testicle is little bigger and hangs lower then the left one . I also fell a pulling sinsation in the pubic area above my right testicle when I have an aggressive sneeze or lift something heavy, which goes away its own after a few months. some times i feel this pulling feeling from liver to all the way to right testiclae. I ve had hernia checks from 3 different Drs, one a Urologist , and none could find any indication of a hernia. I have also gone thru with ultrasound of lower abdomen, nothing came up. Doctor gave me antibiotics but no help.

I want to do gym excercise but am afraid of this pain, please suggest somthing. its been 5 years with this issue.Thanks

Hello dear you had chekup with many doctors....scans also show nothing....in your case their are few possbilties but I guess one of which s right inguinal hernia ...near rght pubic area in extreme lower abdominal area there is deep inguinal ring problem is their ....it meed a member noe surgery....secnd iption is you have right testicular vericosities agin they are cured surgically....I guess have of good surgeon again and do doppler ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.....hope my ans helps you.stay blessed
