One Testicle Smaller Than Other And Hurts During Foreplay. How To Make Both Testicle Of Same Size?

when I was born, I had only one testicle, and surgery was performed to bring the other one down, now this one is smaller and hurts sometimes during sexual foreplay, is there any way to make it the same size as the other one and why does it hurt,kind of like it hasn't formed as the other one in growth

It is impossible to make both testicles same size. Generally one testicle is smaller than the other and there is nothing wrong in that.
What you should be concerned of is testicle cancer. Cryptorchidism (lack of one testicle in the scrotum) in the past makes you prone to testicle cancer. That is why any symptom like testicle pain should be verified by urologist.
I suggest you to do not wait any longer and visit urologist. Testicle ultrasound should be done.
