Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for query,
The side effects of Lutenyl are disturbances of menstruation periods, amenorrhoea and breakthrough bleeding.Worsening of venous insufficiency in lower limbs.Exceptionally: Allergic skin reactions and fever.Visual disorders.Venous thromboembolic occurrence.Weight gain, insomnia, pilopity, gastrointestinal disorder may also occur..You should in my opinion continue the drug as prescribed and should only stop after consulting your gynaecologist.
Hope this helps.
Thank You.
