Ovarian Cyst. Recommended Lutenyl. Any Side Effect?
Lutenyl, has just been recommended to me by a doctor. I ve struggled with ovarian cysts the last 5 years. At the moment I don t have cysts but my doctor suggested I take this pill for 6 months. I d like to know if this is a good choice. He was hazy about the side effects and the pro s / con s. Would you be able to help me? Thank you for assistance
Hello, Thanks for query, The side effects of Lutenyl are disturbances of menstruation periods, amenorrhoea and breakthrough bleeding.Worsening of venous insufficiency in lower limbs.Exceptionally: Allergic skin reactions and fever.Visual disorders.Venous thromboembolic occurrence.Weight gain, insomnia, pilopity, gastrointestinal disorder may also occur..You should in my opinion continue the drug as prescribed and should only stop after consulting your gynaecologist. Hope this helps. Thank You.
