Ovary Removed For Cyst. Infection, Tissue Like Matter In Urination. Refused Medication. Recommendations?

yes I wanted to ask I went to thebathroom to pee andfound what looks like tissue in my urine and I have been having pelvic pain on my left side and in February I had got my left side of my ovary removed along with the tube because it twisted and I had a 7inch cyst on it and I also have an infection and did not take the meds because the pills are to big I want to know what the problem could be?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
You have to take the tablets to clear the infection.
As the infection can lead to pain abdomen, adhesions etc. problems, it has to be treated completely.
If the pain is severe now, you consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the present condition of the infection.
And depending on that you can take treatment. Along with that once check for urine microscopy also.
