Hello,

Thanks for posting your query.

For physical well being it is essential for a person to have an ideal body weight.

It appears that the recent weight that you have gained is causing physical problems for you.

Exessive weight can caiuse back ache.

I would suggest that you start a regime of regular exercise.

It could be walking, jogging or cycling for 40 minutes at least 5 days a week.

Also start a low carbohydrate low fat diet. Avoid junk food and sweets.
Include lots of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet.

it would be best if you get a personalized diet plan to suit your calorie requirements.

The most important thing here is to remain motivated.

Do not give up. You will find that regular exercise and healthy eating also improves the mood.

As for the pregnancy tests, sometimes exercise and weight loss by themselves can help in conceiving.

Otherwise you can consult a gynecologist who can assess your hormonal status and treat you as required.

wishing you good health

hi.. i suggest first get your vitamin D3 and b12 levels checked..if they are you will need supplementation..start walking/ jogging for 40 mins daily you can also swim as it reduces pressure on the back.. eat small meals every 2-3 hours..have fruits, nuts, sprouts, egg whites as mid meals..oats/ muesli with slim milk for breakfast, salads with lunch.. keep dinner light like soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish..drink green tea and yakult daily for better digestion.. drink lot of water...rest well..once you eat right your body will be in a better position to conceive..just be positive and take care
