Yes, please. I have the best doctor in the world, Dr. S Mittleman in Culver City. Because of changes to health care plans, I will no longer be able to use him. (United Health Care/ UCLA)
I have a very complicated body, weighing 350 lbs., have diabetes and complications of HBP, delicate
kidneys, pretty much immobile, etc. Oh please help me find a doctor like Dr. Mittleman of Dr. Tan.

I know you might be doing gym or dieting for over weight and anti-diabetic as well anti hypertensive medicine for diabetes and hypertension, but still you are not cured.
The best way i would suggest is meet bariatric surgeon and your diabetic doctor. As bariatric surgeon have good options like intragastric balloning procedure and bariatric surgery. Which lowers your body weight curing diabetiea hypertension insomnia knee and joint related problems and make you look younger healty and energetic.
