Overweight, Exercising Causes Flutter On Chest And Pulse Around 86. Should I Be Concerned?

Hello, I am a 38 yr old woman, recently I resume exercising after a long time. I noticed about an hour after exercising I will feel a light flutter on my chest and upon checking my pulse it will be around either 74 or 86 beats per minute. I will be breathing ok, no chest pain nothing like that, oh, also i am overweight . Is there anything I should be concern about?

You have started Physical Exercise after a longtime. May I know what kind of exercise you follow? Is it Gym Or Yoga Or Playing any game Or Arobic exercise Or Pranayama etc. You should practice atleast 30-45 mins everyday to burn your calories. It is not any magic but must give you result after 15 weeks. Make it as your choice not any compulsion.

Additionally please follow :
-Nutrient food with additional Protein from natural source
- Reduce carbs and add fiber in diet
- Use Omega -3 fatty acid
- Avoid Cigarettee, Alcohol , Cold drinks, Coffee etc.
