Oxycodone 10mg Prescribed, Pills In Strip Not Similar. Suggestions?

Hello, I was prescribed by my doctor oxycodone 10 mg. When I got home from the pharmacy I notice that
a few of the pills did not look the same! They are round and pink but say on one side HP and the other side
says the number 12. I think the pharmacist gave me the wrong medication and I am afraid to take it! Could you
tell me what it could be. I have tried to look it up but have no luck. Thank You

Hi,thanks for using healthcare magic

Your concern is understandable
It would be difficult to say what the medication is without being able to see it.

To avoid possibly taking the wrong medication it would be best to return it to your pharmacist. There is no reason for fear, it is better to be careful than to use the wrong medication and have problems related to it.

The pharmacist will appreciate your caution.

I hope this helps
