Thanks for the query.
You have to undergo either urine or blood test for pregnancy to confirm.
As you are taking treatment for PCOD there is more chance for pregnancy but just by symptoms we cannot diagnose it, so better to go for confirmation tests.
As it is already 9 weeks over, you can also go for ultrasound directly.
