PSA Has Always Been Under 2. In September Of Last

PSA has always been under 2. In September of last year had physical and PSA was at 2.4. Approximately 1 month later had an incredibly severe UTI/prostate infection. So severe had to be admitted to hospital overnight. Given bactrim for 1 month. Had PSA test following infection and was at 6.4. Retested in February and PSA was at 5.06. Urologist said elevated PSA was probably due to infection, and will retest in a couple of weeks after another treatment with Bactrim. Could he be right or should I be worried?
