Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Take her to her cardiologist / get herself examined / More investigations are a must...
CRP indicates the severity and gives no other clue in this situation
Conditions like Infective Endocarditis have to be evaluated...
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
Good luck
