Hi welcome to Heallth care magic forum.
Thanks for choosing H.C.M.Forum.
There is fracture of the sismoid bone of the toe, and hurting since two years, orthopedic surgeon took an Xray and had cortisone injection, and pain relieved for three months, again pain started again and the toe is numb some times.
I think there is pressure on the nerves passing by the side of the fracture. If you feel it is unbearable, consult your doctor again, if necessory the possibilities of the treatment before you are removal of the fragment, or P.O.P.
I advise you to avoid potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods to avoid more pain.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
Best regards.
