Pain And Swelling After Going Over Ankle. No Fracture In X-ray. Normal To Feel Nauseous While Walking?

Hi, on Saturday I went over on my ankle. The pain took my breath away and it swelled up huge over the course of the day. On the Sunday I went to the docs and was refered to the hospital for an xray. No fracture and whilst the pain has mostly gone and 4 days of RICE means the swelling has gone too, if I catch my foot when I walk it makes me feel queezy/nauseous but isn't actually painful. Is that normal?

why do you want to catch your ankle if its not painful. If the xray shows no #, if the pain is gone...just RELAX.
You might be bit anxious if you would get the pain back. Walk normally and if it pains a bit too, APPLY ICE.
