Hello,

Trauma to the jaw bone(Mandible) in the past is causing degeneration of the bone and neurological associated with it.
This is causing you pain, swelling, tingling and numbness.
At this stage conservative treatment will provide very little help.
Discuss with your dentist for treatment options.
