from last fifteen days i have been suffering from pain at right side of my my fore head and upper portion of my ear . x ray report P.N.S OM view (bilateral maxillary sinussiitis mild DNS to the right).doctor has pescribed me 1.ofloxcin tablet. 2.sebellim 10. 3.asathawinl. 4.vasograin(sos). but still i am suffering from pain

The most common Maxillary Sinus infection symptom is migraine, pain on the upper part of the teeth and pounding pressure below the eyes.
Bilateral maxillary sinus disease is a condition when both sides of the maxillary are painful.Usually infections occur on either side of the maxillary sinus.It will spread and affect all parts of sinus.
There are two types of maxillary sinusitis. 1.Acute maxillary sinusitis 2. Chronic maxillary sinusitis
Prevention:
The most common way to ease an ailing sinus is to relax and liedown.
Drinking water can also be an excellant way to eliminate pain.
In Ayurveda:
In Nasya treatment medicated oil is applied to each nostril of patient. Nasya treatment breaks up phlegm and opens up congested tissues of sinus.
Medicated vapour inhalation is also an effective way to cure sinus.
Advice:
Surgery is sometimes needed. See a Rhinologist to sort out your options.
