Pain Below And Around Knees. Unable To Stand For Long Time. On Ibuprofen. History Of Varicose Veins In Family. Assist
Thanks and good morning.
My wife has pain (a) below the knee and also (b) around the knee.
She has been having this for quite some time. She is used to taking Ibuprofen (I discouraged her).
Her dad had Varicose viens.
My wife is unable to stand for more than 1 1/2 hours in the kitchen. We are used to lot of cooking at home and she goes through this problem on daily basis.

i hv studied your case
what is her age?
is she having pain on standing from crossleg sitting position
any injury to knee?
if she is around 50 then it can be osteoarthritis
you need X ray knee
calcium suppliment with vit D
take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
continue knee exersizes if no pain
physiotherapy - SWD ,USG WILL HELP
is she having vericose vein?

Go for x-ray knee and find out the cause, there might be having some problem with knee joint.
Possibility of having varicose veins is to be kept in mind.
If require consult vascular surgeon and take advice.
Give her Calcium, vitamin A, D supplements.
Ask her to do patellar exercise.
Avoid squatting or do not bend more from the joint.
You can try Knee cap for pain.
