Hi,

I would like to make you aware that the shoulder and hip joints have two different nerve supplies. We must concentrate on the shoulder blade pain and growth at the moment. I am sure X rays might have been done in the past and might have been repeated recently. A CT scan evaluation would have been better but this needs to be discussed with your doctor.

The FNAC is a must if the growth is progressively increasing in size. This will give insight into the cells and help and further diagnosis. The lump on your left forearm also needs to be assessed clinically.

Hope it helps.
