Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You have degenerative disease of spine in the form of of osteophytes and spondylosis.
There is also osteophytes at C5-6 level. It is due to chronic stress to annulus fibrosis at the margins. It is causing compression of C5-6 exiting nerve roots.
Treatment includes physiotherapy or surgical.
Effectiveness of both modalities are same. So,physiotherpay should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further changes.
Surgery should be the last option.
There are also medicines available for pain relief.
Get well soon.

Take Care
