Pain In R Flank With Minimal Hydronephrosis. History Of Pylopasties And Endopylotomy. What Is Causing The Pain?

I have a long renal history, 3 pylopasties, several stents, 1 endopylotomy. Recently I have been having pain on my R flank. I was re-stented Monday- but there was minimal hydronephrosis and no obvious UPJ obstruction. I was really dehydrated at this point. What could be causing the pain?

couple of causes of your pain can be assumed

1. recurrent calculi
2. pyelonephrirts
3. referred gall stone pain (less likely)
4. appendicitis (least likely)

suggest you get a ct abdomen, urine cultures, complete hemogram done
that should give you the answers
