Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a calcification noted in the bilateral kidneys with parenchyma involvement.
2.This is a systemic pathology - which needs further evaluation with pathology and renal biopsy if required - to evaluate the underlying cause.
3.The hydro nephrosis is due to the distal obstruction - can be calculus in the distal ureter.
4.The features mentioned in the bladder - suggest that its a bladder inflammatory changes - cystitis.
5.A course of antibiotics with the plenty of water will be treatment in this case. bUt renal calcification needs further evaluation.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
