Pain In Breast After Accidental Punch. Noticed Little Ball. Is This Breast Cancer?

hi, im 12 years old & on Monday May 13, my friend and i were playing around, then she accidently punched me in my left breast, after that, i felt a pain from the breast she hit me in. Today, well just now, i was washing my self up, and then i felt a hard little ball in in my breast. immediatly i grabbed a towel, and put warm water on it. it kind of helped, but now i have some pain. Is this breast cancer? Please help. i'm really scared.

Dear friend.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

Breast cancer can be very well detected through screening tests.

Do you have any familial history of breast cancer?

In my view it is best to get it examined through your physician,as your history suggests that you are feeling pain and swelling after accidental trauma, and it has responded well to heat application.

Then it could be just a traumatic injury too.

so its always better to rule out.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

Take care.
