Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

I have read details of your question.

It looks from your details pain at crease of left arm is due to development of THROMBOPHLEBITIS,this is an inflammation of inner lining of blood vessel. This may be there due to frequent irritation of vessel.

The pain at shoulder area may be due to bursitis or arthritis. This needs evaluation by having a x ray & blood investigation. Please consult to your doctor for this.

I used to give paracetamol as an analgesic in early stages in such cases.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
