Pain In Elbow Due To Hitting Chair, Numb Sensation From Forearm To Elbow. Medication Required ?

i moved my elbow back while sitting in my chair and it hit the chair. As soon as it hit the chair pain shot up from my elbow through my arm. I now have a burning/tingling/numb sensation from my forearm to my elbow. What i would like to know is whether or not i can heal without the use of medication , how long, and what measures to take?

Hi welcome to HCM
DOnt worry at all. The elbow region you hit with chair, there is ulnar nerve which supply your forearm.
Is a just a temporary pain. You have to give rest for that arm for few hours , that is only needed.
If there will no relief then go for xray elbow to rule out any fracture or any lesion. Before that consult your doctor.
Thanking you.
