Pain In Elbows During Bicep Curls, Air Bubbles In Hand, Knee Popping. Causes?

Hi I have been having pain in my elbow when I do bicep curls. My instructor says my form is fine but has felt my elbow joint while I move. She says she feels my tendon rotating over my elbow when I move. I also get air bubbles on the same hand when I put pressure on it and my knee on the same side is painfully popping. What is this?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you are having might be related to a decrease in joint lubricants which is a normal age related change. Usually such symptoms resolve on taking hyaluronic acid supplements. You can get these prescribed from your orthopedician after an examination.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
