Hi.

Head on one side including upper eyelid with vomiting tendency is indicative of a vascular headache.
Nausea is usually secondary to the headache and hence people usually think that gastric problems cause headache. It is actually reverse. The gastritis and related problems are caused by aches, stress and anxiety.
It is good that Saridon and antacid has helped you.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations for headache. This can be CT scan and so on.
Take the same medications that helped you in past.
If you have gastritis like symptoms like nausea, burning pain in abdomen or burning pain in chest then it is better to take a PPI like Omeprazole and antacid. Go for an upper GI Endoscopy.
All these things will help you to get a proper diagnosis and hence go for a proper plan of management.
Have control over stress and anxiety.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
