However, from the brief information, the possibilities are urine infection, stone or growth in the bladder; or, a small
kidney stone stuck in the
ureter (urine pipe between the kidney and bladder) causing colicky pain in groin.
Other possible cause can be
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, which too manifests in similar manner.
