Pain In Left Hip After Being On Feet All Day, Hurts Badly In Lower Left Pelvis Area. Arthritis ?
I was on my feet all day Sunday and by that evening I could hardly walk. It felt as though some had kicked me in the crotch. The pain was so bad I could hardly walk and when I did it hurt to lift my leg to walk forward. This is in my left hip. I have had this happen before but nothing like this. Monday I still hurt and could walk but not normal. Today I'm pretty much back to before. It hurts really bad in the lower left pelvis area. I do know that I have early stages of arthritis in my hip but up much higher. This happens when I'm on my feet for long periods.
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain in the hip after working for long hours is likely to be due to a muscle sprain or a fatigue. Arthritis of the joint is less likely. A decrease in the joint lubricants is more likely. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
