The pain you are mentioning could be out of the hard work and stress you had on that day. Youmight be laking proper rest for some days and stress caused it. The pain should ease after a night's sleep. Don't worry. Body's spontaneous reacton to fear is sweat and dizziness which caused or rather you felt that the pain is spreading all over the body. Also see the weather on that day. Worrying always trigger panic. Forget it now and consult a physician soon for advice. Good luck.
