Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reasons for lower abdominal pain on both sides, after the period may be the urinary tract infection, stones on both sides of the ureter, fibroids, ovarian problem, or pelvic inflamatory disease.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
If nothing is found you may need to have culture and sensitivity of the urine.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
