Pain In Lower Abdomen, Back, Leg, Painful Breasts With Milk Discharge, Rashes On Body Like Goose Bumps. Detected Fluid In Pouch Of Douglas. Explain

I have pain in my lower left abdomen and back, which also hurts my left leg. My breasts are equally painful and i have a discharge of milk.there are rashes on my body resembling goose bumps but they are not itchy. I'm 22 and a virgin. I have recently been told that i have significant fluid in my pouch of Douglas. What does this mean?

The detection of fluid in the pouch of douglas is suggestive of an infection or an inflammation in the pelvis which is causing you the pain. You need to get further blood investigations done to find out the type of infection.
