Pain In Lower Back Extended To Front Rib Cage On Right Side, Feeling Of Gas Pain In Rib Cage. Advice
I had a pain in my lower back this morning. I awoke with it Saturday morning. It was sharp and extended from my lower back to my front rib cage below my right breast. I just laid on a heating pad for 40minutes and the pain in my back subsided. Thankfully. I still have a dull pain that feels like "gas pain" in my front rib cage only on the right side.
As you feel it can be very well a gas pain but it is really unusual to have a gas pain on the right side. You need to evaluate yourself for a cholecystitis or a gall stone by getting a USG abdomen and pelvis done. Also dont eat more spicy or fatty food for some days and see if the pain subsides on its own
