I find after walking some distance the pain will disapppear I am female, and have noted that I am urinating more than usual and wonder whether this could be a bladder infection or some other urinary tract condition. Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

I have read your question.

It looks that you are having pain at groin region on walking & there is also increase in urination. This pain is not due to urinary infection, as in that there is fever & pain at lower abdomen.
This pain can be due to either a muscular strain or hip joint pathology. You should consult to your orthopedic doctor & should have a complete clinical examination. He may prescribe you a x ray, if needed.
At present you may have a mild analgesic like paracetamol or ibuprofen.

Hope this will help you.

With best wishes.
