Pain In Nose, Swelling, Heard A Crunch Sound. Got Hit On Door. Fracture?
Hi, stupidly shut the door on my self earlier and banded the side of my nose really hard. The door hit where the inside corner of my eye meets my nose(if that makes sense). It didn't bleed, but I heard a crunch. Its a slight bit swollen but not massively. My nose is still throbbing and hurts to touch where it hit(obviously) when chewing on that side of my face it seems to hurt a little too and wondered if I could have fractured something

Nasal fracture is diagnosed on clinical basis and history.
In suspected fracture X-ray or CT Scan is done.
Mostly it is treated conservatively and in some cases manipulation is required.
