All I have is periodic pain and sometimes a little nodule in lower left side of pelvic region between my left leg and the phallic area, I m a male. It lets me know when time to go poo or pee. I had anxiety upon travel with my spouse to XXXXX not knowing what to expect there. So, I had IBS before the trip and over pushed when trying to poo and perhaps stressed-out my pelvic floor muscles in the process.
