Pain In Pubococcygeus Muscle After Masturbation. Prescribed Antibiotics
After masterbation my Pubococcygeus muscle gets inflamed and sore. The pain can last for several weeks and affects the frequency and strength of my erections. My primary care doctor prescribed anti-biotics thinking it was prostatis but I felt I needed anti-inflammatory medicine. I don t feel any pain when I urinate or sit down. This condition has persisted for approx 5 years - when I was younger I would masterbate for hours at a time and before climax I would stop only to continue my session.
Due to masturbation one will not get strain over the pubo-coccyges muscle that too lasts for 5 years. It could be due to Prostitis only as your Physician told. This can be confirmed by per rectal examination, prostatitic massage following examination of prostatic fluids and culture and sensitivity test from the massage fluid. If it is not found evidence for prostatitis then you have a ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis and if needed an MRI examination. That will fix your problem and on which the treatment can be planned. Wish you a speedy recovery. Dr S.Murugan
