Pain In Ribs And Back, Dizziness, Trouble Breathing. What To Do?

I was very sick earlier.my mid back around into the rib area was extremely painful...then I go weak..dizzy..and sick to my stomach. I started having trouble breathing and walking. to the point of passing out. my bp was 116/78 and my heartrate was 119. my grandma gave me oxygen ...I feel ok now, just extremely weak, tired and I cannot concentrate. still clumsy too.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
There was excruciating pain in the back .
Due to excruciating pain patient feels syncope like symptoms and due to this there develops difficulty in breathing and walking.
Heart beat was 119 & Blood Pressure 116/78 mm of Hg.
As oxygen were given , but same time you got rest , so both things cured you.
In my opinion , no doubt heart rate was very fast, but may be due to pain and tension .
Main cause of concern is pain in the back.
May be a muscular pain.
In my opinion please wait for sometime , if pain reoccurs than consult an orthopaedic surgeon and get his opinion.
