Hi,
Having continuous bleeding for last three months and now having severe pain requires evaluation of your case.
There might be some problem in your genital tract.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Ultra sound will be more helpful.
After examination and investigations go for treatment accordingly.
Having upper respiratory symptoms has no relation with your present complain.
Ok and take care.
I find this answer helpful
