Pain In Right Arm While Touching, Bruising. What Could Be This?

I have a pain in my right arm. I originally thought i pulled a muscle but i have started to see a little bruising. I feel the pain on the inside of my arm towards my armpit all the way down to below my inner elbow. There is no pain during regular movements it is only when i touch it or straighten my arm. What could it be?

Hello,

Presence of brusie indicates to trauma to that area.
So there is a local inflammation there.
It is tender to touch but no pain due to any movement.
So it most unlikely of musculoskeletal pain.
Rest, hot fomentation and analgesic will do.
