Pain In Right Shoulder And Stomach, Sweating And Giddiness When Passing Stools, Lose Of Consciousness For Few Seconds. Help

I have been getting pain in my right shoulder and yesterday I got pain in the stomach and had a motion while passing motion I was feeling uneasy like sweating and giddy and when I came out of toilet I fell down for a few seconds I could not realize what has happened after some time I realized that I am lying on the floor. what it could be.

Hi, the pain in the right shoulder may be due to the pain of the heart, or stomach refered to the shoulder. The heart pain usually aggrevates during defecation, so i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis an dtreatment. Thank you.
