Hi,
Your symptoms suggest a chronic inflammation of the nasal pathways. In your case,
chronic sinusitis must be excluded. Difficulties in using nasal route to breathe, unilateral
headaches are classical for sinusitis.
This shall be confirmed through a physical examination with tenderness around the sinuses and specific X rays of sinuses called Hirtz and Blondeau incidences. Consulting an
ENT specialist if fundamental for the confirmation and management of these symptoms. Treatment could range from antibiotics, inhalers,
corticosteroids and pain killers. Left untreated, this evolve to form pus and require a more invasive sinus punctures to drain the pus.
Other differential diagnosis could be migraines, but only after chronic sinusitis has been excluded. Left untreated, complications like cerebral abscesses and
meningitis. I would suggest you book a visit with your ENT specialist for a proper evaluation and management.
Thanks as I pray this helps,
best regards,
