Pain In Right Side Of Lower Back, Sharp Pain In Hip, Thigh, Knee. Taking Anti Inflammatory Tablets. Any Ideas?
While doing my job as a manual worker on Monday of last week I suddenly felt pain on the right hand side of my lower back it felt uncomfatabul every time I bent down to do things like tie my shoelaces, I took the rest of the week off work and went to see my doctor who prescribed me anti inflamatry tablets which I have been taking ever since, the pain in my back eased a little so I went to back to work and could work away ok but I am now experiencing a sharp pain in my right leg between my hip, thigh and knee which come and goes but is very uncomfatabul.
hi. from what i could gather, you might have had a 'slip-disc', which is causing the 'root pain' along your right leg presently. though anti-inflammatory drugs might ease the pain a bit, mostly they would be ineffective in case it is a slip disc. consult an orthopedic or a neuro-surgeon for proper evaluation and intervention, if needed. hope this helps.
