ENT Specialist Dr. Sriram Nathan's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

I have analyzed your problem and I feel that you may either be suffering from sinusitis and/ or from the infection of the lacrimal sac which we call the dacrocystorhinitis.

I am assuming that the CT scan which you did was on the brain which since reported as normal further pushes our diagnosis towards a problem of the nose and sinuses.

You need to get a nasal endoscopy done and also get a CT scan of the nose and para-nasal sinuses and get back to me or an ENT with the reports.

Meanwhile you may try a course of antibiotic like amoxycillin-clavulanate 625 for five days. Your doctor will know about this.

Take steam inhalation and gently massage your eyes in an attempt to drain out the lacrimal fluid or tears.

take care and get well soon
