Pain In Stomach And Breast And Around Eye. Pain Killers Did Not Help. Treatment?

Hi Please can someone help me my stomach hurts so much it feels like theres two hands squeezing & my insides and it's roughly in the middle, I am extremely hot, Sharp pains on my right breast & around and above my right eye.. I don't know what all these mixed things can be. i've taken pain killers but they are not working and have tried to relax in a bath my stomach is the most painful as it is constant

For pain abdomen please get one USG abdomen done as soon as possible, since its a squeezing type of pain you can take spasmolytic drugs.
Take tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg once a day to reduce acidity in stomach. Consult a gastroenterologist for further management.
For pain in right breast, do self examination of your breast, for any warmness, lump, need to consult a surgeon if you find any of these symptoms.
For pain around eye could be due to power changes in eye, do get power testing of eyes, you can take regular pain killers for this.
