Pain In Testicles During Ejaculation, Tender, Twinge, Swelling And Itching Nipple. Mycoplasma Infection?

I am an adult male, 59. Two weeks ago I felt a sharp pain in my left tecticle, starting just before and continuing during ejeculation. I thought it may have been as result of boxers but is continuing. I also now have a slightly more tender left testicle. For what it is worth, I also feel a minot twinge in the same testicle when I pass gas..

At the same time I have noticed a slight swelling under my right nipple with itching. Nipple is tender when hugging someone. An natural healer, some 4 months earlier said I had mycoplasma infection after examining a blood sample under electron microscope.
About as much symptoms as I can describe.

This could be epididymitis, either of trauma or infection, if you do not have fever then simply you can try the analgesic, with the fever antibiotic is required, nipple problem is not related with this, this could be a functional and will go away, need not to be over sensitive, and get a different ideas take car have nice day.
