Pain In The Ankle After Twisting. Not Recovering. Reason?
Hi, I am experiencing pain in my while trying to bend or rotate my right ankle I had twisted the ankle about 2 months back in a trekking expedition. I had ignored the pain back then and continued with the trek. Now when I stretch my ankle upwards or downwards, I experience a sharp pain on the right side behind my ankle bone. Please help!
